I think we can all agree that CBD wasn't even really talked about five years ago, now it's all the rage. But when is the right time to CBD? And is there even a way to add CBD into a daily regiment? Well, we are here to share with you how our clients have added CBD into their daily routines. 

How does CBD Oil work?

This is a huge one - if you didn't know already CBD stands for cannabidiol. As humans, we have what's called an endocannabinoid system. This system is responsible for things like homeostasis and overall well being. When you use things like CBD it helps to promote overall wellness because it interacts with our endocannabinoid system.

Ways to incorporate CBD into your daily routine

1. After a workout

CBD has great effects on inflammation or after a workout. Rubbing topical CBD on the affected areas help promotes healing of muscles and gets you back into the gym sooner. 

2. Night time

Do you have a routine at night? Most people have the typical brushing of the teeth, washing the face, sometimes a shower depending on if you like to shower in the morning or at night. 3. In The Morning
