How To Use CBD Epsom Salts

To use you simply fill a bathtub full of water like you normally would, temperatures vary according to your preference but make sure the water is warm. You would add about half of the container while the water is running and let soak for 20-30 minutes. Each bath contains 75mg of CBD so you are receiving a lot of CBD, recommended usage are 4 oz per bath.

When To Use

In theory, you are able to use these products any time of the day but because of certain calming effects of some of the ingredients it is recommended before you go to bed. Depending on your schedule you are able to use it before you go to bed or take a nap as relaxing and drowsiness may occur.
