All CBD has THC regardless of it's type
If you ever hear about Full Spectrum CBD, CBD Isolate, Nano-Spectrum, or Broad Spectrum; they all have some type of THC in them. This is because the Hemp plant has some levels of THC, but it's under the legal limit of 0.03%. Also, you get different amounts of THC & CBD depending on the type. For example: You get more CBD but less THC in CBD Isolate Vs. Full Spectrum CBD. In Full Spectrum CBD you're getting a lot more of THC and other rich properties because of the extraction process.

CBD from Hemp is legal but not from Cannabis
We are able to extract CBD from Hemp but not from Cannabis (Marijuana) . The reason is because Hemp is legal under The Farm Bill of 2018, but Cannabis is still illegal. While Cannabis is legal in certain states, it's still illegal under Federal Law. Also, Cannabis contains more THC than Hemp so Hemp was made legal. There is not enough THC in CBD to get you high; but it's still good to know how much THC is in a product by going to the companies lab results.
