The great thing about this recipe is that you can add any ingredients or spices you want.There is no right or wrong way to prepare this recipe it’s a matter of preference. ½ Cup Rolled Oats
¼ Cup of Chia Seeds
1 Cup of Milk or Non-Dairy Milk
4 Drops Peach Pear Full Spectrum CBD Tincture
Optional - Sweetener, Berries, Bananas or Nuts.


Place oats, chia seeds, milk, and Peach Pear CBD Tincture drops in a jar with a lid (Add any sweetner you want and sweeten to taste). Refrigerate overnight.
Stir oats and add fresh berries, nuts, or spices like cinnamon if desired and enjoy!
